How about a traditional and memorable Lappish cottage dinner with your company?

I prepare the dinner by using mainly ingredients that I have caught or picked by myself. Reindeer meat is self-hunted from the wilds, fish is self-caught from local lakes nearby, mushrooms and berries are self-picked from the forests of Lapland. Dinner is cooked on an open fire next to you and as the chef I will tell you the origin of all the self-caught ingredients. Real and traditional Lappish dinner experience in cosy cottage atmosphere. It is always a private evening for your company only.

Menu with beverage recommendations is presented below. In case of any food allergies, please ask for more options. Price includes the dinner (without beverages) and transportation at Levi area. You can bring your own beverages or by separate agreement order them in advance and I’ll pick them up for you, so they are chilled and ready on your arrival. Minimum 2 persons.

Whitefish fillet on bread

  • artichoke paste, mushroom sauce with dill and lemon. Wine recommendation: German Riesling.

Traditional sautéed reindeer

  • With mashed potatoes, pickled cucumbers and lingon berries. Wine recommendation: French Redwine.

Cottage bread cheese

  • with self made caramel sauce and cloudberries. Dessert wine recommendation: Portugese Portwine.

Cottage cafe & Fazer chocolate

  • Avec recommendation: Finnish Jaloviina, One star.
